PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nazile Bedel Çağlar was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2006. Following her experience in both law firms and in-house legal departments, she joined KP Law in August 2026.
Nazile has represented companies operating across various sectors and has provided legal counsel to companies operating internationally in the retail, tourism, hospitality, and entertainment sectors. Her practice focuses on corporate processes, legal advisory services, and the preparation, negotiation, and management of various agreements, including national and multinational Distribution Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Operating Agreements, License Agreements, NDAs, MoUs, Purchase and Supply Agreements, as well as other contracts and legal documents.
She also advises clients on various national and multinational M&A transactions, including the management of transaction processes, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, and legal advisory services relating to all stages of contractual processes.
Nazile is involved in the management and provision of legal advisory services at KP Law in the areas of M&A, contracts, retail law, and data protection law.
