Esra Agic serves as Senior Associate at Corporate & Deal Advisory unit at KP Law. Her practice is focused on corporate and commercial law including cross border merger and acquisitions, corporate restructurings as well as corporate advisory matters.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Esra is an experienced attorney-at-law with a demonstrated history of working in corporate law and M&A transactions. She pursued her LLM degree on International Commercial Law in the UK, with a focus on company law and international commercial transactions. She also attended and completed numerous certificate programs and seminars mainly focused on company law both in the UK and Turkey.
Her practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, commercial law, contract law as well as advising on compliance procedures and day-to-day needs of local and international companies. She has specific knowledge and experience in drafting legal due diligence reports, drafting share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements, merger and de-merger processes of companies as part of restructuring projects, asset sale projects as well as drafting memorandums on corporate and commercial issues tailored to her clients’ needs across the world.
Esra was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2016 and has been working for KP Law since its establishment. She also holds the title of certified translator in Turkish-English since 2015.
