Başak Çetin Tayakısı

Başak serves as Senior Associate at Corporate & Deal Advisory at KP Law. Başak advises public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and reorganization matters. Since the early days of her career, she has dealt with transactions and general corporate, commercial matters.

Başak was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2015, served in multiple law firms in Turkey and has been working for KP Law since December 2022.
