Prof. Dr. Cemile Demir Gökyayla, Head of Arbitration/ADR at KP Law, was a featured speaker on the “Foreign Investment Arbitration” panel at ISTA Arbitration Roadshow. In cooperation with ISTA (Istanbul Arbitration Association) and Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the event was held on January 9, 2023 in Bursa, Türkiye. 

Prof. Dr. Gokyayla shared her insight and experience on the measures they can take against the illegal acts of the investors who want to invest abroad, the host state and the foreigners they do business with.
