Candidate Explicit Consent

KP LAW EXPLICIT CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE CANDIDATE 

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP Law”) and as it is explained in the Privacy Statement Relating to the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Candidates, I hereby give my consent to KP Hukuk (Av. Onur Küçük) (“KP Law”) to;

•    transfer of my personal data that I have submitted to KP Hukuk, to the company from which foreign language testing services are being provided and to servers abroad due to the use of servers located outside of Republic of Turkey.

I would like my above data to be evaluated by KP Hukuk for future positions in case my application is resulted negatively, and I consent to the processing for this purpose.
In order for KP Hukuk to communicate with my references in my resume, explicit consent has been obtained from the references within the scope of the PDP Law, I provide my consent for KP Hukuk to contact the references I have forwarded and/or provided in my resume, under the condition that their information is not shared with any third parties.
