ABOUT
Tansu Ekşi serves as Associate at Corporate & Deal Advisory team at KP Law. She focuses on corporate law and she also has experience in commercial litigation, commercial law, civil law, law of obligations and real estate law.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Tansu has experience in incorporation of companies, due diligence processes, M&A transactions and she provides consultancy in incorporation, acquisition and daily transactions of national and multinational clients. She is rendering legal consultancy services in terms of drafting, reviewing various legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting legal memos & other documents and following up legislations.
Prior to joining KP Law, she attended several summer internship programmes and had a legal internship within one of the reputable law firm in Istanbul which she practiced mainly in litigation and dispute resolution.
Tansu is former board member of European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) İstanbul. She participated and attended several academic certificate programs and short courses during her study of law.
Tansu was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2019 and has been working for KP Law since 2020.
